One of the first things we ask all breeders to present is the registration documents. This is the first thing that separates responsible breeders from those that want to sell their cats without worrying too much about their well-being. Providing these documents separates registered breeders from scammers.

We want to let everyone know that we will not allow breeders to register and publish their cats on the World Cat Finder website if they haven’t sent us proof of registration with their governing association.

What associations do we accept?

Not all associations are the same, and there are many clubs and organizations that allow everyone in with little to no control. If you are interested in becoming a part of our community, you will have to show proof of registration with

• Fédération Internationale Féline - FIFe
• The International Cat Association - TICA
• The Cat Fanciers’ Association - CFA
• World Cat Federation - WCF
